Kate was very responsive anytime I submitted a question. She helped me through a lot of confusion since I'm new to the UK health system. Once or twice some important details seemed to fall off the radar, but it was always corrected when I brought it up. Kate is amazing, perhaps overworked/over-scheduled, but nevertheless a great person to work with.

Kate has been very helpful and supportive during the titration and has listened and understood me. Has worked with my very well to find the best level of medication and has made sure I remain in good health. Certainly recommend her as a nurse.

Ultimately, there is a part of me that distrusts private medicine, but, with that in mind; she did respond very quickly, and responded to my requests abuot the dosage of the drug. I don't know if it was her personally or the site in general, but it would be nice to have some practical way to establish a baseline with more confidence than "Is better or worse", and to distinguish concentration and focus, impulsivity and distractability.

Being able to message through the portal was quick and easy which helped the titration period go smoothly.

I found my experience to be well above my expectations, and have no reasonable suggestions that could have improved my experience in any way.
